A large factor in the success of Invisalign treatment is Patient Compliance which means the patient must wear their Invisalign aligners 24/7 except to eat or drink.  Also, the patient must come in about every 4 weeks for a check appointment to get more aligners and to make sure everything is progressing as it should.
