To the staff at Grandview Dental Care: I don't normally write thank yous like this, but I felt compelled to after such a great experience at Grandview Dental Care on my routine visit last week. The front desk staff was so courteous and efficient. My check-in was speedy and the staff updated my new name and insurance information so quickly. When you're coming from work, I appreciate having the mouthwash available in the guest restroom. As soon as I was done, I was taken immediately in for my appointment without a wait. My dental hygienist was friendly, informative and efficient. Dr. Thompson came in right away and the whole process took less than 30 minutes. In my 28 years of dental health, I've never had such a pleasant and efficient process. As as a marketer, I really appreciate your Patient Perks program to encourage referrals and customers to arrive on time. My husband and I definitely made the right switch to Grandview Dental Care. Thank you!

Every person we have met at Grandview DentalCare has been wonderful. Kay is especially wonderful. She took such good care of my fearful 4 year old today during his first teeth cleaning. She had him calmed down and even enjoying himself within minutes. Her extra TLC put this Mom at ease. Not only is Kay super knowledgeable but her kind spirit made a challenging situation turn out to be a good experience. thanks so much.

I am so glad that I tried IV Sedation. I had been putting off some dental treatment because I was anxious about sitting through the entire appointment all tensed up and I had a "bad" dental experience years ago. When I heard about IV Sedation I thought "this is for me". I was a little unsure about what to expect with IV Sedation but the sedation was gradual and comfortable. During my appointment I was totally unaware about what was going on. After the appointment I felt great... Really! I spent the rest of the afternoon relaxing and napping and was back at work the next day. Dr. Thompson and his team were great! Thank you!

On 10/15/2007 I was in severe pain from what was later diagnosed as a tooth abscess. I had no family dentist and was in search of one. I remember how inviting the landscaping and the Grandview Dental Care office looked so I called. They were able to get me in right away to determine what was causing my pain. Once meeting the front desk staff, I immediately felt at ease and comfortable – you see – I have always been terrified of any/all dental work. Today (10/17), Dr. Thompson completed work on the problem tooth and I feel compelled to say that in 50+ years of dental care, this has been by far my most positive dental experience! I love my Lumineers! When I learned about Lumineers and how non-invasive they were I decided that now was the time to get my smile makeover. I considered other options but veneers gave me my perfect smile immediately! Now I smile all the time! I have more confidence to laugh at people's jokes and smile while saying hello. Dr Bill and the staff are great! I have never had a more personable experience at a Dr's office! Thanks you guys! I love my new smile!

Both Kay and Sarah were great. Kay did a tremendous job explaining dental hygiene and insprired me to floss and rinse everyday. Sarah was wonderful throughout my whole cosmetic procedure because she was so helpful and understanding. And Dr Thompson did a great job on my veneers. I am very happy with my new smile.

A dental office visit is rarely something to look forward to, but Grandview Dental Care made it easy for me. From the moment I entered the office, the front desk staff made me feel welcome. Then Dr. Thompson was so personable and professional, I almost felt as though I was chatting with a friend instead of a dentist. The equipment was first rate making my checkup quick and thorough. Overall, I truly enjoyed my first visit and actually look forward to my next. Even my son told me after his first checkup and cleaning that he really likes the staff and how he was treated. Such an unsolicited comment from a teenager is rare, but echo my sentiments exactly. Keep up the good work. I'm telling my friends.
