As a new patient to Grandview Dental I was a little nervous, but as soon as I walked in I was at ease. The front office staff is more than friendly and helpful. Dr. Thompson took pictures of my teeth with a little camera and was able to put them up on the computer screen for me to see my problem areas! After discovering I had several cavities and crying (to which they assured me there was no reason to be upset) Dr. Thompson was able to fix them with very little to no pain. After some discomfort needing a bite adjustment, Grandview Dental was able to get me in on 15 minutes notice! I have nothing but great things to say about this place

I am a new patient at Grandview Dental. On my first visit, I had a bad tooth that needed to be pulled. Dr Thompson and the office staff made sure I was comfortable with the procedure and pulled the tooth. I was given an estimate on the work that I needed to have done, and I will admit I had not taken care of my teeth for years. I will continue with my treatment plan, and recommend Grandview Dental to anyone looking for excellent people and service. I feel that this is the best Dental office in Columbus.

I have been a patient of Dr Thompson’s for many years. During that time I have watched his practice grow, thrive, embrace new techniques and new tech tools. His focus on continuous improvement is impressive to me. What has maintained constant during this time is his focus on assembling a team that provides quality care to his patients. He is able to do this because he himself has strong skills and he has assembled a staff that also has strong skill sets. I am sure that running a dental practice is a difficult endeavor, yet the staff always makes me feel welcome and acts as if I am their only patient. Recently, Dr Hoellrich participated in my treatment, I pleased that he has joined Dr Thompson’s team as he provided quality care. I give this practice my strongest endorsement

I cannot say enough regarding my experience with Grandview Dental Care. I am a very busy individual and they epitomize professionalism and punctuality (which I greatly appreciate). Their customer service is at the highest of levels and you truly feel as if you are their only patient. The care and treatment that I receive from them is always first-rate! I thoroughly enjoy the staff, and I could not imagine going to another practice after visiting with them. They have made me a lifetime client!!!

I was looking to start REALLY taking care of my teeth fresh out of college with a job that provided dental insurance. So I did what anyone does my age when they want to research something and Googled it.

I found this place was literally right down the road from me and had raving reviews. My Experience so far: Very friendly and personable staff including the docs (I know! Sounds too good to be true right?) I am new to the whole insurance thing and how it exactly works, so I told them that, and they had someone help me through all of it which made the whole experience better actually knowing what was going on and what to expect. I was also impressed by the amount of technology integrated into their system to make visits more efficient, appointment reminder emails, confirmation texts, x-ray technique, 3-D mapping of your teeth, etc. I’m not going to sit here and say they had a new way to make getting your teeth worked on pain-free, but I will say they do ask about sensitive areas and try to get a full understanding of the situation before entering your mouth, which was really nice.
