We learned a lot at the Hinman Dental Conference
Last weekend the entire staff went to Atlanta to attend the Hinman Dental Conference. Classes were on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday but we still managed to squeeze in some fun and camaraderie. We took classes on:
- clinical dental stuff so we can make your time in the chair faster and more comfortable ,
- improving customer service, so we can continue to improve and give better service to you
- Office procedures so that we can be more efficient so we have more time to serve you
- and tons of other stuff
Everyone came back energized with lots of new ideas and techniques….. now we just need to keep that enthusiasm alive!
As you can tell from the video, we also ate a lot and had some fun!
