Saturday morning I drove up Grandview Ave to see what was going on. I had heard the sirens at home and then the electricity went out. As I drove up Grandview Ave and saw the thick black smoke I was preparing myself for anything.
Many businesses were destroyed and our hearts go out to them. We are actively keeping in contact to see what support we can offer. Please stay tuned to our Blog for additional posts on what we can do to help these businesses thrive!
Z Cucina survived the blaze with minimal damage and they are working to resume business tonight 1/20/09. It is important to support our local business of Grandview and I encourage you all to stop by Z Cucina for dinner. It is a fabulous restraunt with excellent food and customer service. And of course one of my favorites! With a fire ravenged building next to them they need our patronage now more than ever!
