On my second set of trays with the refinement. Aside from the new attachment on my front tooth, its been relatively painless. I must say that the new attachment does make Invisalign more visible. I had to have new impressions taken because my front teeth not aligning as well as Dr Thompson thought they would at this point in my treatment. New aligners are on order, and my case will probably take a little longer then anticipated. I’m ok with that, since the front teeth are the most visible part of my smile and the primary reason I elected to do Invisalign. My top aligner is in a parking lot. I’ve made it 11 weeks without losing them, but, I guess it was inevitable. I am on my fourth set of Invisalign Aligners, the novelty of wearing them has worn off.  I’ve not been as diligent about putting them back on after a meal, but I’m guessing that I have them on close to 18 hours a day. I’ve changed to my second set of aligners and will even let you see me pop the top ones in.  Switching to the second set reminded me of going to the orthodontist to get my braces tightened, except this was self inflicted.  Slightly painful, but the pain and pressure subsided within a day.
