There are so many things a smile does for us.  The simple act of smiling can boost your mood and the mood of others around you and one of the best parts is, smiling is free! How often do you laugh? Dr Bill and I attended a Death by Chocolate Party last night along with Dr. Hoellrich and his wife Melissa.  The party was hosted by fellow Columbus Dentist Dr. Stoner. The party was a great excuse to dress up fancy, eat chocolate, and have fun with other Columbus dentists.  You can see in the picture that I am holding on to a half eaten chocolate meringue “sandwich ” my personal favorite chocolate of the evening.  Today has been the “death by workout” in an attempt to work off some calories.
