We recently attended a bowling party at Sawmill Lanes hosted by oral surgeon Dr. David Smeltzer.  It was confirmed that  some of us on staff can bowl better left handed than right handed and that when Dr. Bill gets in a bowling slump… staff members turn up the heat and bowl lights out!  A fun time was had by all and much trash talking will continue for months!

Dr. Bill loves making (and eating) these potatoes.  We refer to them as “G-Potatoes” since I have a hard time saying Gruyère which is the cheese that you use to make them.  He makes them for dinner guests frequently because they are easy and always a hit.
